Apply for MTFA Bursary
MTFA awards bursaries using the Zakat funds collected for the Hijrah year. The aim of this bursary is to provide financial support for Muslim students from low-income families who are pursuing Primary and Secondary school education.
In 2023, MTFA awarded a total of $536,000 worth of bursaries to 459 students.

Important Notes:

Bursary application dates for different levels of study:

Primary & Secondary: 5 January 2024 to 16 February 2024 (Closed)
-
ITE, Diploma, A-Level and Pre-U: 1 May 2024 to 31 May 2024

University: 1 July 2024 - 31 July 2024

Application may take 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
