MTFA Darul Ihsan Boys' Orphanage was officially launched on 21 August
1980
MTFA Darul Ihsan Girls’ Orphanage was officially launched on 20 December
2018
MTFA launched its first dialysis centre to subsidise kidney treatment to anyone in need, regardless of heritage and beliefs

MTFA funds it's first social enterprise. Ihsan Casket devolves all proceeds from funerary services, towards the costs of a dignifying muslim burial for the less fortunate
